It was 1974 when Alessandro, the owner of the company, began collaborating as a student fascinated by the world of textiles, in the family business, which he later transformed with the forward-thinking vision of exclusively promoting and developing Made in Italy. Since then, his passion for high-quality fabrics has grown stronger, driving him to deepen his knowledge and develop specialized expertise in the industry. It takes years to understand, appreciate, and master textile fibers, their weaves, and finishes. Since then, Alessandro has dedicated himself with constant commitment and great enthusiasm to experimenting with materials and creating increasingly beautiful and innovative fabrics. The worldwide trade of high-quality classic and contemporary fine fabrics has progressively evolved, also through collaborations with renowned brands in the industry, leading in 2005 to the creation of L’Albero della Cuccagna, a wholesale and retail business. The love for textiles, shared by his sons Simone and Niccolò, led to the founding of Alessandro Bini Tessuti d’Italia in 2017, a brand representing the great excellence of Italian textiles. Passion, experience, and constantly new ideas have driven the expansion of the company. Natural evolution led to the creation of the Alessandro Bini Contract division in the same year, specializing in the hospitality sector: not only offering a wide range of flame-retardant textiles but also providing complete turnkey furnishings. The evolution of the company continued in 2018 with the creation of a new company, AB Tessuti dal Mondo, which markets textile products from around the world, carefully selected with Italian taste. Also in 2019, Alessandro Bini Home was established, a division dedicated to creating home accessories of exclusive Italian craftsmanship. The expansion of the Group continued in 2020 with the creation of AB Edil Florence, a service company supporting the Contract sector, which in 2022 evolved into AB Consulting, expanding its services and consultancy offerings. ALESSANDRO BINI TESSUTI D’ITALIA, the main division of the group with many years of experience in the textile sector, offers and develops collections with an Italian style, set apart by positive fusions between art, craftsmanship and innovation. The sample collection consists of natural fabrics and flame retardant fabrics made with Trevira CS and FR yarns. The ever-increasing attention to environmental issues has led to the introduction of furnishings with the Coex brand, a patented technology that makes natural fabrics flame retardant, hypoallergenic and compostable. Each collection is the result of research work coordinated internally by specialists who pay great attention to fashion trends, yarn quality, weaving techniques and finishings. We can make customized products according to customer requirements. Alessandro Bini Tessuti d’Italia is well-established throughout Italy and in over thirty foreign countries, through important distributors and a well-structured network of agents. The collaboration with important architectural firms determines the positioning of Alessandro Bini fabrics in prestigious public and private furnishings.
